WHAT IS THE NORTHERN OHIO MINORITY SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL (NOMSDC)? The Northern Ohio Minority Supplier Development Council (NOMSDC) is a pro-active 501 (C)(3) non-profit regional Affiliate of the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC). There are 36 regional councils in the United States, with additional international affiliates in Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and China. The Councils provide a national standard of MBE certification throughout the country.

The national network as a whole offers corporate members access to a database of over 16,000 minority owned companies and conversely certified MBEs have access to over 3,500 corporations nationwide. Our coverage area is the 38 northern counties of Ohio, having office locations in Cleveland and Toledo.
